The Chaplets Candor is a youth-led organization established on February 22, 2025, in Barangay Rosario, Santiago City. The organization aims to unite youth writers from Barangay Rosario to create magazines, newsletters, folios, and other community based materials to effectively inform the whole community about the projects and revolving issues. It seeks to promote youth participation and provide an avenue for young journalists to learn and be part of a cause which integrates proper information dissemination and skill enhancement among its constituents.
