The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers is one of the registered student organizations in Isabela State University. A student organization uniting future Civil Engineers under one purpose; to lead, to learn and to serve. It was started in year 2001 founded by Engr. Arthur Coquia, our very first dear adviser. The organizational structure then was not yet settled but all students taking Civil Engineering were automatically considered as member. Until September 2004 that PICE gained official recognition and started annual membership training. The 24 years of existence of this organization has ensured the formation of outstanding members, producing consistent board passers as well as distinguished and respected alumni and advisers. As one of the recognized organizations, PICE ISU-E SC continues to bring honor to University and promote academic excellence and camaraderie among its members.
