The Nagueño Teen Facilitators is a community-based youth organization composed of dedicated and service-driven teenagers from barangay Naggasican, Santiago City. Anchored in the values of leadership, volunteerism, and community engagement, the group aims to empower fellow youth by promoting active participation in local initiatives and programs. Functioning as young leaders and peer advocates, the Teen Facilitators serve as bridges between local officials, schools, and youth sectors. They help implement meaningful activities, lead grassroots campaigns, and provide peer support in areas such as health, education, disaster preparedness, mental wellness, and civic engagement. Through training and hands-on experiences, members develop essential life skills that prepare them to lead with purpose and compassion in their communities. The organization envisions a youth sector that is empowered, heard, and involved in shaping a better, more inclusive community.
