The Banlasan Young Leaders’ Empowerment Organization (BYLEO) is a dynamic, voluntary, non- governmental youth association and youth-led initiative committed to nurturing the potential of young individuals in Banlasan. BYLEO empowers its members to become agents of positive change through meaningful engagement in education, culture, the environment, and civic life. BYLEO implements youth-centered activities and community programs that enhance leadership, promote social responsibility, and foster personal and collective development. Through partnerships with local stakeholders, schools, and organizations, BYLEO creates inclusive opportunities for learning, expression, and contribution, especially in underrepresented or underserved sectors of the youth population.
