The Student Council Alliance of the Philippines - Mallig is an organization formed by the alliance of student councils, student organizations, student political parties, and student leaders. Its primary function shall be to provide venues for forging unities among the various student councils, student organizations, student political parties, and student leaders toward the end of advancing the welfare, aspirations, and rights of the Malligueno students.
