The Luna Community Red Cross Youth Council (LComRCYC) works with the Philippine Red Cross Santiago City Chapter to encourage young people to get involved in helping others. Its goals are to help create youth programs, coordinate activities between different Red Cross Youth Councils, and support the growth of Red Cross Youth projects. By doing this, the LComRCYC helps young people become more active in humanitarian work and strengthens the Red Cross Youth network.
