Social Inclusion and Equity

Binga Sagip Kabataan (BISAKA) is a youth organization that compose of active youth in Barangay Binga, it aims to build and promote resiliency among the youth, and to establish strong support system by providing opportunities when it comes in training, seminars and activities. BISAKA main objectives is for the youth to become productive individuals in the community.
