The Supreme Student Council Society of the Philippines – Ozamiz City Chapter (SSCSP-Ozamiz) is the official local chapter of SSCSP National, a youth-led, SEC-registered, and NYC-recognized organization with nationwide reach. SSCSP-Ozamiz aims to empower the youth of Ozamiz City through transformative leadership, civic participation, and community development initiatives. Grounded in the core values of Servant Leadership, Empathy, Resilience, Valor, Integrity, Commitment, and Excellence, the chapter serves as a platform for student leaders, youth advocates, and out-of-school youth to collaborate on impactful programs that promote peacebuilding, inclusive education, health, environmental sustainability, and active citizenship. Backed by institutional stakeholders such as the Philippine Air Force, Unilab Foundation, and the National Youth Commission, SSCSP-Ozamiz believes in the power of young people to be catalysts for change — reshaping their communities through service and solidarity. Our key objectives are: 1.To create avenues for student leaders and youth to develop leadership and advocacy skills; 2.To engage young people in nation-building through education, health, and civic programs; 3.To promote patriotism and responsible citizenship by localizing national concerns like peace, security, and sustainability; 4.To build strong partnerships with local government units, schools, and civic groups to strengthen youth involvement at the grassroots level. SSCSP-Ozamiz is committed to the vision of producing active, empowered, and socially responsible youth leaders in line with the city’s aspirations for a Malinawon, Malambuon, ug Malipayong community.
