The Malasiqui Catholic School – Campus Ministry is a faith-centered, student-led organization composed of bona fide Catholic students who, inspired by the love of Jesus the Good Shepherd, respond to the call of the Church to serve and shepherd the youth of today. Rooted in the teachings of the Catholic Church and animated by the spirit of community and mission, the Campus Ministry is a dynamic apostolate that aims to form young apostles—deeply Christ-centered, sacramentally nourished, socially engaged, and joyfully witnessing to the Gospel in their school, family, and society. Under the maternal protection of Our Lady of Manaoag, this ministry stands as a spiritual home and missionary training ground for all Catholic students. Objectives of the Campus Ministry: 1. Spiritual Formation To guide the youth into a personal and transformative encounter with God through Christ-centered programs grounded in Scripture and Catholic tradition. 2. Liturgical Animation To lead the young in sincere worship of God by making the Eucharist and other Sacraments deeply meaningful through vibrant communal prayer and personal devotion. 3. Community Building To establish youth communities within the school inspired by the spirit of Basic Ecclesial Communities (BEC) where students experience genuine fellowship and belonging in the Church. 4. Servant Leadership Development To train young people to become committed, capable, and Christ-like servant leaders who serve with humility and love in various youth ministry settings. 5. Church Collaboration To foster unity and cooperation with other Church ministries and sectors to enhance the effectiveness of evangelization among the youth. 6. Social Involvement and Awareness To awaken in the youth a deep social consciousness and move them to act on issues affecting their lives, their families, and their communities in the light of Catholic social teachings. 7. Gospel Witnessing To build in each young person a foundation of Christian values, enabling them to live as authentic witnesses to the Incarnate Word in everyday life.
