As a youth-led political organization, ICONS is committed to championing collective efforts that embody the spirit and aspirations of the studentry and the nation. We strive to extend our commitment to meaningful engagement by cultivating young leaders through opportunities for growth, collaboration, and impactful service. Through innovative programs and advocacies, we empower students to take initiative, develop their leadership potential, and drive positive change within their schools and communities. ICONS, as a recognized youth political organization, envisions a community of empowered youth united by shared goals, leadership, service, and collaboration. We are committed to cultivating future student leaders who inspire change, foster unity, and create meaningful impact within the student body and society through the holistic delivery of innovative advocacies, leadership, service, and collaboration The purpose of the Institution of Coalition in Organizing New Service (ICONS) is to unite, empower, and represent the youth in fostering positive change within the institution and the broader community. ICONS aims to develop responsible, value-driven student leaders who are committed to truth, service, and social justice. Through meaningful participation, policy advocacy, and collaborative action, the organization seeks to uphold integrity, promote civic engagement, and contribute to the holistic growth of its members and the society they serve. ICONS aims to: (1) To promote unity and active collaboration among student members through initiatives that encourage teamwork, dialogue, and collective action for the betterment of the institution and the community; (2) To empower students by providing platforms for leadership development, skill enhancement, and the responsible exercise of their rights and responsibilities as Filipino citizens; (3) To design and implement programs and activities that uphold social responsibility, moral integrity, and service to others in alignment with national, institutional, and international standards; (4)To support and strengthen institutional goals by fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and commitment to values-based service within the Immaculate Conception Institutions.
