ESPUMADERAS–NEW CANIPO is a dynamic youth-led initiative born out of the shared passion for skimboarding among the vibrant young people of Barangay New Canipo. The program aims to harness the local talent and natural beach resources to develop not only skilled skimboarders but also responsible, motivated, and community-centered individuals. Rooted in the spirit of unity and coastal pride, ESPUMADERAS serves as a platform to promote healthy lifestyles, discipline, and youth engagement through sports. At the same time, it highlights the importance of protecting the environment, especially the coastal areas which serve as both playground and training ground for the youth. By fostering leadership, camaraderie, and a deeper understanding of marine conservation, the program aspires to create well-rounded youth ambassadors who represent the values of motivation, advancement, and development-not just in sports but in life.
