The Peer Facilitators Circle (PFC) is a student-led initiative designed to empower learners to become proactive agents of care, support, and guidance within the school community. Anchored in compassion and collaboration, the PFC seeks to build a nurturing environment where students help their peers thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Through meaningful involvement in guidance activities, the program encourages peer facilitators to serve as companions, advocate, and role models to those in need-especially Students At Risk of Dropping Out (SARDOs).
