Education
The Indigenous Peoples Students' Club (IPSC) of Minagbag High School was established on June 20, 2025, through the initiative of Marianne Jane O. Galay. This organization seeks to strengthen cultural identity, unity, and pride among indigenous students, especially those from the Ibanag, Kalinga, and other indigenous communities in the region. The objectives of the club are: 1. To promote cultural awareness, preservation, and appreciation of the indigenous heritage, history, and traditions of the students, especially within the context of Philippine society. 2. To provide a space for meaningful dialogue and participation in activities connecting indigenous knowledge with modern practices in Technology and Livelihood Education. 3. To lead initiatives that empower indigenous youth through community-based projects that foster social awareness, civic engagement, and environmental stewardship. 4. To support academic achievement and life skills development, especially in livelihood and entrepreneurship, aligned with the local cultural and economic context. 5. To nurture leadership, collaboration, and a spirit of unity among indigenous students while honoring their unique identity and aspirations.
