ISDA Indahag Association (IIA) is a youth-led, scholar-driven organization established on April 2, 2022, in Barangay Indahag, Cagayan de Oro City. Originally formed to support City Scholars, ISDA has since evolved into a dynamic community-based movement committed to academic excellence, ethical leadership, and civic engagement. Grounded in the core values of youth participation and empowerment, IIA serves as both a support group and an organizing body that cultivates scholar-leaders who are intellectually capable, socially responsible, and actively involved in shaping their communities. Its mission is to empower scholars to flourish through meaningful service and transformative action. IIA’s impact is guided by measurable objectives: Increase student-led initiatives that address local community issues by 25% annually through a structured engagement tracking system. Establish at least 5 collaborative projects between scholars and community-based organizations within two semesters, with a 50% increase in community-engaged activities. Ensure that at least 80% of scholars engage in academic programs, leadership development, and community initiatives by the end of each academic year. Support alumni success, with 50% holding leadership positions in their fields or communities within five years. Through innovative programs and structured engagements, ISDA Indahag Association continues to build a strong culture of volunteerism and nation-building—instilling a generation of scholars who are not only beneficiaries of education but also active contributors to sustainable community development.
