The Mambulao Youth Volunteers is the official youth volunteer organization in Jose Panganiban Camarines Norte that envisions a vibrant, empowered youth sector in Jose Panganiban, leading transformative social, environmental, and economic changes that will foster sustainable development and enhance the quality of life for all. Through its programs, MYV aims to; (1) Empower youth to actively participate in decision-making processes and community affairs, (2) Foster leadership skills that prepare young people for future roles as community leaders and agents of social change, (3) Promote volunteerism as a means to contribute to the collective well-being of the community (4) Advocate for youth rights and social justice, particularly in areas of education, employment, and health, and (5) Cultivate a culture of sustainability through environmental stewardship and social responsibility. We strive to be a catalyst for youth-driven solutions, advocating for active citizenship, social justice, and equitable opportunities for all young people, regardless of background. We aim to mobilize the youth of Jose Panganiban in meaningful volunteerism and social action, encouraging them to be leaders in addressing local challenges and promoting community development.
