Kabataang Pitang & Prater: Lakad Tungo sa Pagbabago (KPPLTB) is a youth-led organization formed by the Pitang Neighborhood Association and Prater Village Homeowners Association to empower young individuals through leadership, community involvement, and transformative action. It is organized into five main committees that drive its programs: Edukasyon, which focuses on advocacy and learning opportunities; Sports and Development, which promotes physical wellness and teamwork; Program, which handles planning, coordination, and external partnerships; Environment, which leads initiatives on sustainability and clean-up drives; and Socio-Cultural, which fosters creativity, cultural appreciation, and community engagement. Together, these committees support KPPLTB’s mission to build a generation of responsible and proactive youth leaders. Objective: The KPPLTB aims to support continuous learning by providing accessible educational programs and resources for the youth. It seeks to foster discipline, health, and unity through sports activities and community tournaments. Through a transparent and inclusive program committee, it ensures effective planning and implementation of projects. It also promotes environmental sustainability with clean-up drives and eco-friendly initiatives. Lastly, it upholds and celebrates local culture by organizing socio-cultural events and empowering young talents in the arts and heritage.
