Group of Achievers, Brave and Active Youth or GABAY is a non-government youth organization within Barangay Payatas, Quezon City that is under the supervision of the PamBuhay Youth Council (PYC). It was established in 2012 by the elected GABAY leaders, Service-scholars and Unbound staff in Payatas B. It aims to help the youth sector within the organization as well as to render community service for elderly and other sectors. GABAY serves as the foundation in executing planned events for the benefit of the community. With its members studying different fields, collaboration for the better outcome despite the diversity makes GABAY being the "guide", GABAY takes the initiative in implementing projects that will establish the members skills and be their steppingstone to succeed.
