Lider ni BRO – Mallig Chapter will serve as a partner organization of the provincial government in promoting the welfare of the youth and their rights for free and affordable education. It will propagate the program’s general policy of having one scholar per farming family and support other similar programs beneficial to the students and the youth in the school/university level. Specifically, as a student organization, it will defend and uphold every BRO-Ed scholar’s right as scholar of the provincial government. Lider ni Bro – Mallig chapter will be the Provincial Government’s auxiliary channel of information in the university whenever there are updates regarding the policies and procedures in the program and whenever activities of the scholarship program and the Provincial Government necessitating the presence of BRO-Ed Scholars arise.
