The Osmeña Youth Organization (OYO) is a community-based, non-profit youth group composed of young residents aged fifteen (15) to thirty (30) years old from Barangay Osmeña, MacArthur, Leyte. Established to foster unity, leadership, and active participation, OYO serves as a platform for the youth to engage in social, cultural, environmental, and community development activities. Guided by the values of cooperation, volunteerism, and social responsibility, the organization aims to be an active partner of the barangay in implementing programs that benefit both its members and the wider community. As a recognized youth organization, OYO participates in barangay events, initiates its own projects, and collaborates with local and external partners to promote the welfare of its members. It provides opportunities for skill development, leadership training, and positive social interaction, ensuring that the youth are empowered to contribute meaningfully to society.
