The Augustinian Innovative Managers (AIM) is the official school-based organization of the Accounting, Business, and Management (ABM) Strand at Colegio San Agustin – Makati. Rooted in the values of social responsibility, ethical leadership, and sharp business acumen, AIM seeks to form Socially responsible, Ethical, and Astute Augustinian Business Managers (SEA-ABM) through dynamic, value-driven programs and initiatives. AIM is a democratic and autonomous organization committed to representing all ABM students of CSA-Makati. It fosters a spirit of unity, academic excellence, socio-spiritual awareness, and active civic engagement. Through student-led activities, collaborations, and capacity-building projects, the organization supplements the learning curriculum and strengthens the holistic formation of future business leaders. Objectives: To promote the academic, intellectual, and personal growth of ABM students. To uphold democratic leadership, equal participation, and representation of all members. To encourage socio-cultural involvement, ethical awareness, and responsible citizenship. To create opportunities for leadership, innovation, and real-world business exposure. To establish partnerships with other organizations that align with AIM’s goals and values. To serve as the official voice and advocate of the CSA-Makati ABM student body in internal and external matters. To instill respect, integrity, and active participation among its members in all organizational undertakings. AIM stands as a community of future leaders dedicated to excellence, service, and the Augustinian way of life.
