SKOUT (Sangguniang Kabataan Odyssey Urban Talent) is a dynamic youth performance group from Barangay Nabbuan. It proudly showcases the rhythm, creativity, and vibrant spirit of the local youth. Formed under the guidance of the Sangguniang Kabataan, SKOUT brings together talented dancers with a shared passion for urban dance, cultural pride, and community representation. Objectives: ? To discover, develop, and showcase the dance talents of the youth of Nabbuan. Provide a platform for young individuals to express and enhance their skills in dance and performing arts. ? To represent the culture, creativity, and spirit of Nabbuan through artistic performance. Highlight the unique identity of Nabbuan’s youth by fusing cultural elements with modern dance styles. ? To promote cultural awareness and pride among the younger generation of Nabbuan. Preserve and celebrate local heritage through creative movement and meaningful performances.
