Education, Social Inclusion and Equity, Governance, Active Citizenship, Environment
As the highest governing body of the student body, the Natividad National High School Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) is committed to encouraging student unity, leadership, and service. In its capacity as the student body's official voice, the SSLG strives to address the needs, goals, and concerns of students while fostering a welcoming and inclusive learning environment. Through review sessions, academic competitions, creative writing projects, and reading outreach initiatives, we aim to promote academic success and literacy. By giving students the chance to organise and carry out school and community initiatives, we hope to foster leadership and life skills while fostering traits like accountability, cooperation, and problem-solving. By organising activities like weekly flag ceremonies, Buwan ng Wika programs, and Independence Day festivities, we actively foster nationalism and cultural awareness. Additionally, we promote environmental responsibility by organising waste management campaigns that support sustainable practices, clean-up efforts, and tree planting. Our mission is centred on diversity and student wellbeing. We strive to make sure that every student feels comfortable, respected, and involved in school life through programs like the School Buddy Program, volunteer work, and wellness initiatives. Our initiatives support education, civic engagement, governance, social inclusion, and environmental stewardship—all of which are promoted by the National Youth Commission. By supporting these causes, the SSLG not only meets the urgent needs of our school community but also equips students to become empowered, socially conscious adults who can make significant contributions to the advancement of the country. In order to give every student the chance to flourish and lead with purpose, the SSLG seeks to establish a long- lasting beneficial influence on the school and the larger community through cooperation with educators, parents, stakeholders, and neighbourhood organisations.
