The Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) is a student-led co-curricular organization estabished to promote environmental awareness, action, and advocacy among the youth within the school and local community. Guided by the principles of sustainability, climate action, and responsible stewardship, YES-O empowers students to be active agents of change in protecting and conserving the environment through meaningful school- and community-based projects. It aims to raise awareness on environmental issues and concerns among students through education and advocacy, while also developing leadership and volunteerisn among the youth in the planning and implementation of environmental programs. The organization supports and strengthens both school and community initiatives aligned with environmental protection, proper waste management, and sustainability. YES-O encourages active participation in national and local government efforts related to environmental conservation and climate change adaptation. Furthermore, it strives to cultivate a culture of discipline, responsibility. and love for nature among learners, while implementing innovative and sustainable projects that contribute to the improvement of the school and community environment.
