The San Roque Youth Organization (SRYO) is a youth-led community organization in Barangay San Roque dedicated to empowering young individuals through leadership development, civic engagement, and community service. Guided by its vision of “a dynamic, inclusive, and service-oriented youth community in Barangay San Roque that actively leads and contributes to sustainable development and civic empowerment,” SRYO creates opportunities for personal and collective growth through leadership training, skills development, environmental campaigns, and outreach initiatives. Aligned with its mission to “unite the youth of Barangay San Roque to foster leadership, civic engagement, and holistic growth through capacity-building, community service, and innovative programs,” the organization promotes active citizenship and youth participation. Upholding the values of leadership, integrity, collaboration, and social responsibility, SRYO also advocates for education, good governance, youth empowerment, and environmental stewardship. Through strong community partnerships and a shared commitment to progress, SRYO continues to inspire and mobilize the youth as catalysts for positive change and sustainable development.
