PAG-ASA Youth Association of the Philippines – San Roque Chapter is a community-based youth organization in Barangay San Roque, Bato, Camarines Sur, dedicated to developing the potential of young people by inspiring, empowering, and uniting them to become active contributors to community development and nation-building. Guided by its vision of an empowered, responsible, and united youth sector, and its mission to pursue the holistic development of its members through leadership, livelihood, education, and civic participation programs, the organization upholds the core values of integrity, service, leadership, unity, and social responsibility, while strongly advocating for youth empowerment, education, health, environmental sustainability, good governance, and active citizenship.
