BESHY Club (Building and Establishing Social Health for the Youth) The BESHY Club is a school-based initiative in Cauayan City Stand-Alone Senior High School dedicated to promoting mental health awareness, emotional well-being, and social resilience among senior high school learners. It provides a safe space through activities like the “Camp for BESHY” and a student hotline, fostering self-love, stress management, and peer support. By partnering with local organizations like the Jaycee Teen Camp, the club aims to equip students with life skills, leadership opportunities, and access to mental health resources. Objectives ? Promote help-seeking behavior and emotional well-being practices. ? Raise awareness about mental health issues. ? Reduce stigma associated with mental illness. ? Bridge the gap between students and mental health resources through education, partnership with Population Commission Programs and Outreach Events through the newly established Teen Camp of Cauayan.
