On July 19,1994, the Management Society also referred to as MANSOC was established. It was such a place where you would be surrounded by so much encouragement by directing and assisting one another that it would also lay a solid platform for leadership. MANSOC had a lot of struggles but it was all worthwhile because it earned the achievements and hard work like a family wherein you could learn, lead and make a journey to your college life. The ManSoc is an arena which will help the student to be a good leader who can assist us in having a good strategy during making a good development. This will disseminate knowledge in professional and ethical leadership. The Management Society seeks to empower additional student leaders by improving their management skills and developing strong leadership traits. We work to build individuals who are assured, effective and able to motivate others, not only as part of the group but also as stand-alone leaders who positively affect the student body. Since the ManSoc will keep on developing and become stronger despite the fact that we have issues to develop more and to possess a stronger strategic mind in doing things in Management Society. As ManSoc expands, it develops resilience and greater strategic thinking through learning from setbacks and adjusting to change. It remains a place of safety where future leaders are at liberty to offer their ideas, challenge themselves, and move into positions of responsibility with intent. We shall look forward with innovation, with inclusivity, and with growth. Our vision is to leave a legacy that will live on in an organization that prospers with togetherness, with passion, and with a collective pursuit of excellence. The Management Society shall always hold firm to its purpose of growing, of leading, and of inspiring not only for the present, but for future generations of student leaders.
