Kabataan ng La Union Para sa Pagbabago (KALAP) is a youth-led, volunteer-driven, and community-based organization established in 2025 in the province of La Union. Committed to uniting and empowering young people from all sectors of society, KALAP aims to cultivate active youth participation in local and national development. Anchored in the values of civic duty, solidarity, and commitment, the organization provides avenues for leadership development, community service, and advocacy on pressing local and national social issues.
