This organization aims to develop and empower the youth to become responsible, inclusive, and proactive leaders who promote diversity and equity within their communities. By fostering respect for cultural, gender, ethnic, religious, and social differences, the initiative seeks to nurture a generation that values inclusivity and social justice. The core objective is to build the capacity of young individuals to become advocates and active participants in peacebuilding and sustainable development. Through targeted training, mentorship, and community engagement, youth will be equipped with the skills necessary to design and implement their own projects and advocacy campaigns that address local issues and promote positive change. The program also seeks to protect young people from negative radicalism and harmful influences by fostering critical thinking, civic responsibility, and resilience. A vital component of this initiative is the establishment of a strong support system in collaboration with the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) and other community-based youth structures. This support network will enhance coordination, amplify youth voices, and align local efforts with national peace and development goals. Ultimately, the program envisions a dynamic youth sector that actively contributes to building inclusive, peaceful, and progressive communities, while reinforcing the government’s broader peacebuilding strategies.
