The College of Education and Liberal Arts Student Council (CELA-SC) is the highest student-governing body within the PHINMA University of Pangasinan College of Education and Liberal Arts. It stands as the official representative of the student body, bridging the gap between the students and the administration. Guided by the principle of mulat na pagiisip at makataong pagkilos tungo sa mapagpalayang serbisyo, the Council is committed to protecting students’ rights, promoting their welfare, and fostering an inclusive and empowered community. Through academic, socio-cultural, and civic initiatives, it upholds service, leadership, and excellence while cultivating critical awareness, solidarity, and holistic development of the community it serves.
