Pioneering Action Group Leadership, Awareness, Nurturing, Training, Advocacy and Wisdom (PAGLANTAW) organizes regular, social, planning, and organizing community service projects. We establish support and appropriate relationships with the youth members and their families. The organization shall have the following objectives: a. Promote Leadership: Develop leadership skills among the youth to prepare them for future challenges. b. Raise Awareness: Educate young people on critical issues such as teenage pregnancy, mental health, and environmental sustainability. c. Foster Nurturing Environments: Create safe and inclusive spaces for youth to express their ideas and concern. d. Advocate for Youth Rights: Champion the rights and voices of young individuals in policy-making processes. e. Share Wisdom: Encourage intergenerational dialogue to bridge the gap between youth and elders.
