The Communication Advocates Council (CAC) is the official student organization representing all Bachelor of Arts in Communication students at the University of Caloocan City – North. It serves as a platform for student empowerment, leadership, and creative expression, advocating for the rights, welfare, and active involvement of its members. Through programs in broadcasting, advertising, journalism, theater, film, and digital media, CAC fosters academic excellence, artistic development, and social responsibility. The Council is committed to nurturing ethical and competent communication professionals by promoting collaboration among students, faculty, and the broader community.
