CvSU Trece Martires - Red Cross Youth Council, a recognized University-based student organization of the Trece Martires City Community who works with the Cavite State University – Trece Martires City Campus in order to develop among the students the spirit of humanitarian and social service in the art of volunteerism through the help of the Philippine Red Cross - Cavite Chapter by giving students the opportunities to participate in its activities with "Compassion, Competence, and Service" as its motto.
