The blue and white publication aims to intensify the practice of campus journalism and build camaraderie in maintaining harmonious relationship existing in the organization. It is our vision that through the willingness and genuine service to the blue and white will have students who are responsible, excellent, creative, and patriotic reflecting the department of education's core values - maka-diyos, maka-tao, maka-kalikasan, ata maka-bansa. It is our mission to bring undeniable truth and respectable wisdom which will uplift excellence as well as change to everyone. Bearing the name of the blue and white, which means heralsd of wisdom, we bring about change through writing for the betterment of all.
