The Lider ni BRO – Roxas Chapter (LiBROXAS) was created to extend the mission of BRO for Education, a scholarship program of the Provincial Government of Isabela that ensures educational opportunities for the children of farmer families. LiBRO serves as the local arm in Roxas, working to assist, guide, and distribute scholarship slots to deserving Roxaseños. This chapter focuses on empowering student scholars, promoting leadership, and fostering a supportive environment where every scholar feels valued and motivated to pursue their academic dreams. LiBRO serves not only as a scholarship distributor but also as a bridge that connects the scholars to their community, creating avenues for growth, leadership, and service. The main objective of the organization is to support, empower, and unite all BRO for Education scholars in Roxas by providing guidance, activities, and opportunities that allow them to develop their leadership skills, build strong connections, and become active contributors to society.
