Youth4Ward is a youth-led organization based in Purok 4, Barangay Divisoria, Santiago City, dedicated to empowering young people through social inclusion, equity, and good governance. It was established to amplify the voices of the youth and to ensure that no one is left behind—regardless of gender, ability, background, or identity. Youth4Ward provides a safe, inclusive space where young individuals can express themselves, develop their potential, and take part in shaping their community. By promoting equal access to opportunities and encouraging youth participation in decision-making, the organization fosters responsible leadership, social justice, and community collaboration. Youth4Ward envisions a future where all youth are empowered to lead, united by respect, and actively engaged in building a just, inclusive, and transparent society. Objectives: • Promote Social Inclusion for Marginalized Youth Sectors Youth4Ward supports the LGBTQIA+ community, persons with disabilities (PWDs), indigenous youth, and others through inclusive programs and anti-discrimination efforts that ensure every voice is heard and valued. • Advance Equitable Access to Opportunities The organization removes barriers and promotes fair access to leadership, education, health, and livelihood, empowering all youth to thrive. • Strengthen Youth Engagement in Good Governance Youth4Ward creates platforms for civic participation, policy advocacy, and community dialogue, fostering transparency and accountability. • Develop Inclusive and Compassionate Leadership Through leadership training, mentorship, and team-building, Youth4Ward equips youth to lead with empathy, integrity, and a commitment to equity. • Promote a Culture of Respect and Justice The organization builds partnerships and initiatives that promote mutual respect, unity, and youth solidarity for inclusive nation-building.
