The Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) is an organization composed of out-of-school youth aged 15 to 30 years old. PYAP is structured as a federation starting from the municipal level and above. The association implements the Departments of Social Welfare and Development's (DSWD) Unlad Kabatan Program (UKP)-formerly known as the Integrated Human Resource Development Program for Youth (IHRDY)-to achieve its mission of empowering youth. Through this program, PYAP provides opportunities for its members to realize their full potential, experience personal fulfillment, contribute meaningfully to community developmnet, and take part in nation-building efforts.
