The Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) of Cong. Teodulo High School serves as the highest governing body of student leaders in the institution. Rooted in the mandate of DepEd Order No. 47, s. 2014, which institutionalized the Revised Constitution and By-Laws of the Supreme Pupil Government (SPG) and Supreme Student Government (SSG), the SSLG was formally adopted in line with the Department of Education’s strengthened learner governance program. Since its establishment in the school, the SSLG has become the official representative organization of all Junior and Senior High School learners. It has continuously provided a platform for student participation, leadership development, and active involvement in various school and community-based initiatives. Over the years, the SSLG of Cong. Teodulo High School has spearheaded activities that promote academic excellence, civic responsibility, youth empowerment, and learner welfare. It has also collaborated with the school administration, teaching staff, and community stakeholders to implement projects aligned with the thrusts of DepEd, including child protection, disaster preparedness, environmental stewardship, and the promotion of 21st-century skills. Today, the SSLG remains committed to its vision of molding responsible and service-oriented leaders who embody the values of discipline, excellence, and patriotism. It continues to serve as the voice of the student body, ensuring that learners of Cong. Teodulo High School are actively engaged in shaping a responsive and inclusive school community.
