The word "HUSAY", derived from the Filipino term for excellence or skill, represents the core mission of this organization: to empower Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) students to become critical thinkers, compassionate leaders, and responsible members of society. HUSAY (Humanities and Social Sciences Alliance of the Youth) is the official student organization of the HUMSS strand that empowers learners to become critical thinkers, creative communicators, and socially aware citizens. The club provides a platform for HUMSS students to engage in academic, cultural, and civic activities that reflect the values of the humanities and social sciences. It aims to serve as a platform where students can collaborate on academic projects, organize strand-related events, and advocate for relevant social and cultural issues aligned with the HUMSS curriculum.
