The organization endeavors to promote civic engagement, youth volunteerism, and sustainable development. In pursuit of this mandate, it upholds the Ten Centers of Participation through appropriate legislative action within the territorial jurisdiction of Cauayan City, Isabela. Accordingly, the organization shall give utmost priority to the proliferation, mobilization, and coordination of its advocacies, ensuring inclusive representation and meaningful participation of all Kabataang Cauayeños in its policy-making and developmental undertakings.
