PEERKADA ORGANIZATION (PKO) is a youth-led organization rooted in Panabo City, dedicated to empowering young Panaboans through the strength of peer relationships. The term PeerKada is a unique blend of “peer” and “barkada,” symbolizing a close-knit group of friends who support each other not only socially but also emotionally and mentally. It reflects the strength found in genuine peer relationships combined with the warmth and loyalty of a barkada. PKO was established to provide peer support as the foundation of hope, amplify the voices of youth, especially those facing mental health challenges, and motivate the community to grow together.
