CABADANG — Cabugao Youth Alliance for Disaster Awareness and Response Networking — is a proactive initiative that seeks to organize, train, and institutionalize a municipal-wide youth disaster corps. Representing all 33 barangays of the Municipality of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, CABADANG aims to embed trained youth volunteers into local DRRM systems, equipping them with the knowledge, tools, and partnerships necessary for effective disaster response.
