The Palanas A Youth Organization (P.A.Y.O) is a community based youth organization dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders. Established to address the rising needs of the youth sector in our locality, P.A.Y.O aims to provide a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where young individuals can grow, thrive, and make meaningful contributions to society. The organization envisions a future where every youth has access to opportunities for personal and collective development, high quality education and a strong support network that fosters their well-being. Rooted in the principles of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion, PAYO offers programs and initiatives that encourages leadership, civic engagement, and critical thinking. These programs are designed to help young people develop their talents, enhance their character and become socially responsible citizens. The organization also serves as a platform to address key issues faced by the youth today, such as lack of educational and career access, limited community involvement and the need for strong and positive role models. By promoting active participation, volunteerism, and teamwork, PAYO hopes to inspire its members to be agents of change not only within their own lives but also in their communities.
