The Division Federated Supreme Secondary Learner Governance (DFSSLG) is the highest governing body representing secondary students, dedicated to advocating for their rights, welfare, and overall well-being. Its primary objectives are to promote excellence, foster leadership, and uphold good character and moral values among students, while ensuring their active participation in decision-making processes. Through its democratic and autonomous structure, the DFSSLG empowers students to take on leadership roles, collaborate effectively with faculty and administrators, and create a school environment that supports both academic success and personal growth. Moreover, the SSLG shall uphold and adhere to the mission statement of the Department of Education (DepEd), which is "to protect the rights of every Filipino to quality, equitable, culture-based, and complete basic education where students learn in a child-friendly, gender-sensitive, culturally aware, safe, and motivating environment," ensuring that these values are reflected in their governance and student representation.
