The Lumbo Youth Leaders Organization (LYLO) is a community-based youth group in Barangay Lumbo composed of 13 dedicated members, united by a shared commitment to youth empowerment and community service. The organization operates under the leadership of Sheeryl May D. Balaba, with the goal of supporting and strengthening the programs of SK Lumbo. LYLO serves as a platform for young individuals to develop leadership skills, promote volunteerism, and participate in initiatives that contribute to the overall development of the youth sector in the barangay. Through close collaboration with SK Lumbo, the organization helps ensure that the voices, concerns, and ideas of the youth are heard and acted upon in local governance and community affairs.
