Tanglaw ng Kabataang Tangos is an organization dedicated to empowering youth aged 12 to 30 in Barangay Tangos North and South. Its mission is to create inclusive and supportive environments where young voices can thrive, particularly emphasizing acceptance within the LGBTQIA+ community. The organization fosters a culture of leadership, self-discovery, and community engagement by organizing workshops on diversity, mental health awareness, and sexual health education. It also establishes peer mentorship programs to connect youth from diverse backgrounds, enhancing personal growth and community bonds. Through advocacy campaigns, Tanglaw promotes equality and respect, while providing access to essential resources for youth well-being, including crisis support and substance abuse prevention. By focusing on these objectives, Tanglaw ng Kabataang Tangos aims to cultivate an empowered community where every young person feels valued and supported in their journey toward self-discovery and leadership.
