We, the members of Institute of Computer Engineers of the Philippines-Quezon City University Chapter (ICPEP-QCU Chapter), imploring the aid of Divine providence, establish a body that shall serve the needs, ideas and goals of the ICPEP-QCU Student Chapter and the University; protect their rights, interests, and welfare; provide and promote the correct practice of Computer Engineering to all enrolled students of BSCpE with regards to the application of this course to their daily lives in line with our organization’s Mission and Vision to reach the ICPEP-QCU SC members empowerment; doordain and promulgate this Constitution and BY-LAWS.
