The Young Educators Club (YEC) of Our Lady of the Pillar College-San Manuel, Inc. is a student-led organization dedicated to sharing pre-service teachers into competent, responsible, and values-driven educators. It serves as a training ground for aspiring teachers to develop leadership, discipline, and professional skills while embodying the Pillarican Philosophy, vision, mission, and our values. The organizations, goals reflect its deep commitment to both invitational support and member’s development. It strives to contribute to the college’s mission, help pre-service teachers meet academic and program outcomes, represent the department in school undertaking, and faster harmonious relationship among education students. In alignment with the colleges of teacher educations visions the club aspires to transform members into proficient and innovative teachers guided by integrity, service, and faith. To fulfill these goals. The YEC has outlived clear and actionable objectives. It aims to maintain and regulate the behavior, discipline, and activities of pre-service teachers, ensuring that they would the standard of the teaching profession. It also provides meaningful learning experiences and creates oppurnities for students to apply theories into practice within both the school and community. Beyond academic and professional growth, the YEC envisions itself not only as an organization but a community of future educators who are equipped to face challenge, inspire, learner, and contribute meaningfully to nation building.
