Notable Achievement g. Ensures Inclusivity. The AIYA Federation of Iriga City aims to: a. Empower the youth through leadership training, skills development, and advocacy programs. b. Promote civic engagement and participation in local governance and community projects. c. Establish partnerships with organizations, institutions, and government agencies for youth development. d. Uphold the values of integrity, unity, and service among its members. e. Create platforms for young individuals to showcase their talents, initiatives, and achievements. f. Ensure active youth representation in decision-making processes at the local level.
