Senior Secondary Learner Government - SBMSCI is the official and highest student government body for Senior High School students at Southbay Montessori School and Colleges Inc. It represents the student body of the institution and serves as the forefront of the learners' rights and welfare. It also serves as the model of the learners' excellence and representation of good character and deep sense of moral values. It serves as the channel for learners' opinions, suggestions, grievances, and other concerns affecting the rights and welfare in the school. The following are the objectives of SSLG; ? Uphold the values, principles, and ideals of the Department of Education. ? Empower the learners to strive for excellence in the academics, leadership, and social responsibility. ? Encourage the learners to be proactive members of the society. ? Lead learners in developing passionate love of the country, values, and competencies that will enable them to realize their full potential and to contribute meaningfully to building the nation. ? Represent the learners in the School Governing Council pertaining to the learners' concerns
